Amaal is a cultural casting, curation, and sourcing studio connecting underrepresented artists and creatives with commercial and cultural opportunities.
Founded by Assyrian-Iraqi creative director and producer Evate Gewargis, whose experience as an immigrant and refugee informs the studio's perspective, Amaal was built on the belief that while exceptional talent exists everywhere, access to opportunity does not.
The studio exists to make artists and creatives from underrepresented communities more discoverable while helping brands, agencies, galleries, retailers, and cultural institutions find the right people for their projects.
